If you live in the 27707 or 27713 area of SW Durham and are interested in becoming a new client, please contact Kate to request a reservation for pet sitting services. If we are able to accomodate your request, Kate will assist in scheduling a consultation.

Next, in order to ensure that Kate and her small team of professional pet sitters have all the information they may possibly need to provide exceptional care to your animals, it is necessary for all clients to fill out the forms found on this page. Please print out, complete, and sign all the forms as indicated below—and have two tested keys to your home ready for your sitter— prior to your consultation. These forms will be kept in our private files, and only need to be completed once.

PET INFORMATION FORMS
All new clients must select from the forms below based on the species of animal(s) they have, and complete a form for each animal (only once). Please note that you may complete a single form for multiple pets of the same species (for example, one Dog Information sheet for two different dogs), as long as most of the information applies to all of the animals, and any differences in the animals’ care routines are noted in detail.
